We have a great selection of privately owned pool homes, condos and townhouses available here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Citrus & Sage is one of the jewels in the crown. Very competitively priced for a home of this quality, this extremely popular and well appointed private villa offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World. Citrus & Sage is a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom property in Windsor Hills Resort, and is located just a 1 minute drive, or 5 minute walk away from the resorts wonderful amenities. With 1824 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, with the added bonus of a private pool and spa, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! As you would expect, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped. This is a very pretty home, and has such a relaxing ambience, due in part to the open feel it has and the great choice of colors, mostly pastel and very tranquil. If you want to relax on your vacation then Citrus & Sage really is a great place to do it. It sleeps 8-10 people comfortably, though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 8 to preserve the condition of the home. The bedrooms consist of 2 master bedrooms, one King size and one Queen, each with full en-suite facilities. The other 2 bedrooms are a second Queen room, and then one twin room. All the bedrooms are very tastefully furnished and have flat screen TV's, with high end linens too. Please note that this is a single storey home so all the bedrooms are on the first floor, something that has gone down very well with families of all ages over the years. We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home. Citrus & Sage also boasts a spacious and very stylish kitchen, an open living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 55" smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. \*Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with mahogany cupboards, a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. Even on vacation most families will plan on having a night in to just chill, or even enjoy a game of table tennis, and in Citrus & Sage you can do just that. In the garage, converted to a games room there is a full size ping pong table, as well as a hand held arcade game and a large wall mounted flat screen TV, where you could hook up your game console or firestick. This has been a great addition to this already impressive home and is just one more reason why this property would be a great choice for you. A patio door from the living area leads onto a private pool deck furnished with a table and chairs, several loungers, and boasting a private pool and hot tub. It is a great place for the whole family to splash around and have fun in relative safety, and with all this facing South you can enjoy the sunshine in the early afternoon and well into the evening, perhaps enjoying a spot of supper as you plan your next adventure! \*Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub. Ordering in advance means it will be turned on for your arrival and get your vacation off to a great start. Windsor Hills Resort Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. Fixed. Handle on sliding door falling off. Fixed. Ants. Sprayed. 1' of water in trash bench. I had to bail out. K bed and on Q terrible mattresses. Hate to complain but we've stayed many times in Windsor Hills with no problems. Response timing on items was good. We hopefully will come back to WH but not this place. ##### Douglas J. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in after long days of walking at Disney. Kids loved having their own spaces at night to relax. Only thing I would improve on is the number of towels per bathroom- 2 provided in each really wasn’t enough for our family. We bought some pool towels at Walmart. We all had our own space without tripping over one another and we absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Perfect for those long days at the parks. Very comfortable rooms and the separate bathrooms were definately a bonus. Already planning our next stay. There were 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen! The location was safe and secure and just minutes from several Disney attractions! Close to Disney and shopping. It did take some time for the fridge to cool down which was an issue for fresh groceries. Second time renting a vacation home in the Windsor Hills area.Really nice house! Check in was perfect, no issues at all. Kids absolutely loved to pool and hot tub. Home had some small issues, toliet seat in queen room was not secure, fridge had some broken compartments.Pool area bird cage was torn I'm assuming from the recent hurricane but did not affect our stay. Did see a couple of cockroach, but with the heat and humidity, i guess that is expected.We will definitely rent this home again as we visit Florida every 2 years. ##### Kerry & Chris H. We loved the location and the size of this home for our party of 5 adults. We enjoyed the recreation room with the ping pong table. The pool area did need some general maintenance such as cleaning the brick around the pool and weeds growing through the pool deck.
