Relax in our stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in a resort-style community near Disney Parks, Kissimmee. Perfect for families or groups, this fully furnished retreat offers easy access to Walt Disney World and Orlando’s top attractions. Your perfect vacation base for unforgettable memories awaits! The pool and spa will be close for resurfacing from Oct6 for approx 3 weeks  
  
The Space:  
Experience a memorable stay in this modern, well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse—perfect for families or groups visiting Disney Parks. Unwind in the open-concept living area featuring stylish décor, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa bed.  
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make it easy to enjoy meals together.  
The downstairs master suite features a plush king bed, a private bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a full bed and twin bed, TVs and a closet, and another with two twin beds and a closet. These bedrooms share a second full bathroom for added convenience.  
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh linens, bath and pool towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer. A welcome kit with essentials (detergent, sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, toiletries) is provided for your arrival—please note, refills are not included during your stay.  
For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.  
No pets allowed.  
A one-time $20 resort fee applies per reservation.  
Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
