The home comfortably sleeps six people with one king bed, one full bed, one twin futon and a twin folding mattress. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. This is a one story home, so all bedrooms are located on the ground floor where we have two full, sparkling clean washrooms so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own! You have full and total access to our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber/walk to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area! Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with a coded door handle at your private entrance to the duplex. Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a pre-authorization for a damage deposit after the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there are any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. First, I want to thank Rachel for her thorough and helpful emails, which provided detailed information about our stay. Her messages, sent a few days in advance, were incredibly helpful in alleviating any stress about parking, accessing the house, wifi, and more. She was also very responsive when I had questions, which made everything go smoothly.As for the house, it was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, homey feel. I especially appreciated how the master bedroom was situated away from the other two rooms, with a spacious, spa-like bathroom. The kitchen was another highlight — it was fully equipped and perfect for cooking family meals and gathering around the kitchen island. The property was also an ideal space for our family Christmas celebration and my child’s birthday party. My family and I had such a wonderful time creating lasting memories in such a lovely home.The backyard was another gem — serene and peaceful. I loved starting each day with quiet time out there. The separate laundry room was a nice touch, making chores like laundry much more enjoyable. The only suggestion I would have is to provide more towels, as it would have been nice to have more than one towel per person.Overall, our stay was fantastic. This is by far one of the best accommodations we've had while traveling. The house is relatively spacious, with a great outdoor space and fire pit. The big draw here is the kitchen, though, with it's well-thought out design, and tons of room for prepping and cooking. We really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was also. There were many spices and basic kitchen & cooking supplies available to use, which was helpful. The house was immaculate and comfy, with lots of great natural lighting. While the 3rd bedroom was only an office with futon, it did not present a problem for us since we only had 1 overnight guest staying with us. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Scott R.
