If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.  
  
  
  
Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.  
  
  
  
Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.  
  
  
  
A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
