The home should have been cleaned better there were spider webs and dust on lights the refrigerator ice maker never worked. I spent more time getting things fixed in the house than enjoying my vacation

Everything was fine in general. The host was easy to contact. It was a comfortable, spacious place for our family. There were plenty of dishes. The reason for the 4 start and not 5 star was that I compare to other places that go above and beyond with supplies like extra towels/wash clothes, a set of pot holders and just little things that make a place feel like a second home. This was a nice place and felt like exactly what it was, a vacation rental. It met all of our needs and the host was responsive when we could not find a pack & play. The community pool area was very nice!!

The Worst Travel Experience of My Life – A VRBO Nightmare

This was, without a doubt, the worst vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. The listing was completely misleading — the photos were clearly not true to how nasty dirty it was . The property was filthy when we arrived: disgusting floors, stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, carpet and walls covered in food debris, and a horrible smell throughout. The kitchen was just- gross all over. We contacted the host immediately and received zero help. Their response was dismissive and offered no resolution that was near acceptable. They were going to clean. It wasn’t a place we could stay. To make things worse, the place was unsafe — a broken door lock we would have to tweak, and loose railings. We couldn’t relax for a second so we had to leave. We stayed for an hour thinking we would stay up all night to try and clean. What in the world?The “amenities” were a joke: We ended up leaving immediatly and booking a hotel just to salvage our trip.VRBO should remove this listing immediately. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT BOOK this property.

This home was absolutely stunning. It was a great stay. Corner house with the golf course behind provided for lots of privacy. Access to the oasis club was an added bonus. Communication back-and-forth between myself and the property manager was seen. Would definitely recommend staying here.
