The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Max of 6 cars per address Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. Our check in was @4\. It was raining terribly so we took our time driving here. Got here the lock code didn’t work, called them they got that fixed. The hot water didn’t work, the cable didn’t work the whole time. We had nothing to watch at all. We were on a 4 day vacation with no TV. ##### Ceira J. Our check in was at 4:00 PM on a Sunday and the house was still being cleaned, waited 30 minutes outside, they still weren't finished and had to complete it while we were bringing our belongings in. We were not notified before we arrived that the fridge was broken and there was only a mini fridge and mini freezer at the house for a group of 13 had to buy coolers, and replenish ice every day of our stay. The pictures on VRBO appear to be when the house was new. In reality the paint on the walls and baseboard are all scuffed up. One of the stools in the gameroom was in a utility closet broken. Multiple slats were broken off the patio blinds and on the floor in the utility closet. The patio door handle was broken. The air hockey table wasn't working. All four pool sticks were broken, and the pool table felt is stained from people spilling stuff on it. Both air filters were filthy and needed replaced. The two really nice outdoor covered loungers were replaced with basic uncovered loungers. I called and left a message for them to call back on Sunday. Monday morning when I didn't here back I called again and told them about the issue with the fridge, air filters, patio door handle, blinds, pool sticks, and air hockey. We repaired the air hockey, two of the pool sticks, and patio door handle Monday when nobody called or showed. I messaged them. On Wednesday the replaced the air filters and two pool sticks. On Thursday the spa, pool filter and pool lights all quit working. Notified them on Friday early afternoon about that and checked out Saturday morning without that repaired. The pictures and idea of what you are renting is worth the over $4,000.00 for a Sunday till Saturday stay. But, you're not getting what you see. ##### Joseph S.
