Discover this charming 3-bedroom gem in Kissimmee. This gorgeous villa boasts a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed to accommodate all guests comfortably. With amenities like AC, a fitness room, and WiFi, your stay will be nothing short of wonderful. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.  
  
Pool heater is $35 per day should be requested for the whole stay.  
  
Set in the Disney area of Orlando, the heart of Florida, the Clear Creek Orlando holiday villa is situated in a tranquil location, an officially designated wildlife conservation area. A quiet place to unwind after a hectic day at Disney. Clear Creek is less than 1 mile from the Hwy 27 and within 15/20 minutes of Disney. There are lots of Golf Courses close by, Disney Golf, Orange Lake County, Highlands Reserve Golf and many more. There is convenient shopping with Wal-Mart, Publix, Banks and Post office all within a few minutes of the villa. There are over 150 different restaurants along the US192 including Outback, Red Lobster, Chilli's, Black Angus, McDonald's and many more.....  
  
Official check-out time is 10 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will  
result in a $100 fine for delay inside the first hour after official  
check-out time.

Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund and eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected.

You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.  
  
\- NO PETS  
We do not allow pet and the default carries a fine of $ 300.

The villa wasnt clean when wr arrived ,there was no cleaning equipment for us to clean the villa, also there was no sunbeds at the pool ,our children had to sit on seats by the pool , when i contacted the host they took a while to reply, they infomed me that sun loungers will be delivered on a date we stayed in on that day waiting loss a day of or holiday as know one turned up with the sun loungers , when they where delivered on sunday 20th 4 days before we check out ,and we spent yet another day in the villa assembling the loungers , i have also attached some photos,
