Summary: With onsite resort amenities, a private pool, and 2 stories of space for your family to enjoy, Casa de Kissimmee offers a grand welcome to your Orlando getaway. This townhome is thoughtfully designed and furnished to maximize relaxation and good times on your trip. The Space: The home’s main level includes an open concept area with casual living space and kitchen. Perfect for group hang outs, a large sectional couch faces a smart tv where you can watch movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at Orlando’s famed parks. Lofty ceilings and large windows keep the space feeling open even as your group fills the room. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cookware you’ll need to make convenient meals at home. A large kitchen island has 4 barstools for quick bites to eat, while a dining table with seating for 8 offers a space to share formal meals together. Even more living space can be found upstairs where an additional sectional couch and smart tv are arranged for more private movie watching or quiet relaxing. And when you’re ready to take the party outside, head to your private pool and patio where some of your trip’s best memories are sure to be made. This home sleeps up to 13 guests between 5 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen size bed and smart tv. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and direct access outside to the pool. Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, vanity, and dual sinks. Bedroom #4 features a Mickey Mouse theme with 2 twin size beds, each with its own twin size trundle, and smart tv. Bedroom #5 has a Minions theme with 2 twin size beds, with one twin size trundle, and smart tv. THINGS TO NOTE: The home has 3 additional shared bathrooms with shower/tub combos. Washer and dryer in unit avail for guest use \- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. \- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home. Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to. \- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable . \-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. All the great hallmarks of an Orlando trip are within striking distance. Disney World is 15 minutes away, and Universal Studios can be reached in 30 minutes. Other great attractions near Kissimmee include SeaWorld, Gatorland, and Kissimmee Old Town. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
