The amenities are good, the pool is great and also like the arcade/gym/ restroom area are always clean and functional. However, the apartment we rented was a disaster. The place il old and in bad shape. Electric outlets are loose and don’t all work, tape on shower head, and shower door is not properly installed . The kitchen is outdated but, Stuff are also broken, dishwasher rack, fridge ice machine, the shelves in freezer, no light in fridge functioning. The floors in master bedroom have a inch gaps between wood floor panels, they also move. This place needs an update and love to be safe and functional. I would be ashamed to share this place with friends and family, even more for money. Recommend the location not this particular condo. ##### Francis P.
