The place was clean. The chairs on patio are not there. Loved having 5 bathrooms and a bonus outside. Disappointed there are no dish towels, wash clothes, or potholders. We had hoped that TVs would have been explained ahead of time as we were unable to use some of them. Written instructions would be very helpful for the TVs in each area. After speaking with other people in rentals in same community, our “extras” were significantly more expensive. (Grill, heat for pool). Love having a washer and dryer. There were multiple shortcomings at the facility. The stove and the refrigerator did not work properly.Two of the four burners were not operable and the freezer in the refrigerator kept frosting up. There were broken chairs and the floors were filthy. There were many more shortcomings. I had contacted the property management group about the issues but failed to address our concerns. They did not return my messages . When we only had three days left they reached out to us and said that they were going to take care of any of shortcomings.A major concern was a faulty fire alarm on the second floor.Also, some of the rooms did not have lights that worked and the carpet was absolutely filthy.
