The resort itself is beautiful and well located for disney (20-25minute drive depending on traffic). The resort had two nice pools and staff were really nice. I also used the gym which was well equipped. The property was nice and very large. It was a bit tired and could do with some tlc. Many of the fixtures were worn or damaged but nothing that caused us any issue. The property was quite clean but not exactly spotless. Towels smelt damp to begin with but we washed them to freshen them up. If the property was freshened up I would stay here again. ##### andrew a. Was very clean, just maybe can use a fresh coat of paint but thats understandable being a rental. Its in a good location, walking distance to the pool and clubhouse area. Resort is very nice, easy to get around and felt very safe. Loved my morning and evening walks. Pool is really nice, but can get very crowded mid day. Loved sitting outside late afternoon at the private pool, just wish you didn't have to pay $25.00 a day for it to be heated, that a hefty bill on stay this long. Also, TV's were a little difficult to figure out, maybe it was just me, but some instructions would have been a nice touch. Overall a very nice property and I would stay here again. ##### Dan N. It accommodated a group of six people (Four adults and two teen age kids) with no issue. All three bedrooms have a separate bath available to them. The kitchen was large and most everything you need already there. The attached pool is nice (a little small) and it is not heated unless you ask for it to be heated. There is an additional charge for that. The common area pool was great! Very big, lots of chairs for sunning, and a pool side bar that you can purchased drinks or food from.
