Spacious renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, Extremely comfortable beds, and great smart T.Vs. The décor can only be described as fun; Jurassic park, Mickey and Darth Vader bathrooms. Minions kid bedroom with a bunk bed, and a trundle; all full size Twin mattresses, A Disney Villain Queen, Mario/ Nintendo Queen and the master is a Universal Movie King room with its own full bathroom. The unit is only steps away from the clubhouse and pool. There you can find an on sight restaurant, pool, hot tub, bar and waterslides YES waterslides! Pool is heated year round. There is a minimart for basic needs, a gym, a new arcade, and changing rooms inside the club house as well. You may use the amenities before and after you check in and out, incase you're arriving early or leaving late. The location is nothing short of perfect, closer to Disney than some of its own hotels, the closest being about 7 min away, and the furthest being about 14 min away, this is including Disney Springs. Sea world is 17 and Universal is 23. What's the most unique and optimal advantage of this location, is its proximity to Fun Spot and Old Town. Its a 3 min WALK! Old Town has a variety of activities from daily magic shows, a haunted house, and a hunt for gold for the kids. Weekly cars shows, karaoke, live music, professional wrestling once a month, and occasional fire work show. Old town also offers many restaurants, bars, dancing and shopping open daily, and open late. Fun Spot is open until Midnight, what you will find there is an array of rides for all ages and big attractions like the gas powered 3 story go kart track, and the thrilling sky-coaster where you can challenge your self to a 300 foot drop that then swings your across the park. All the thrill and fun of big parks in a short walk, its an experience that will not be forgotten. That's not all though, World of food Trucks is located right across from old town it has an insane amount of options and VERY popular, just like Old Town it can be hard to find a parking spot, but you wont have to!!!! Attached to the World Of Food Trucks is also a huge flea market, and its so fun inside can shop in there for hours, and be highly entertained. Check in and out is very easy, it is a gated community so you will be given a gate code to access the community, that will also work for the pool gates if you don't want to walk through the club house. Then just one more code for your private townhome. The townhome is cement, and in no way are the walls thin like you will see with other locations or condos. Very fast Wi-Fi 5G fiber optic, every T.V in the house is a smart T.V. The Living room is a 65 inch with full cable and HBO, The Master is a 55 with cable as well, in the other 3 bedrooms they are all 45 inches. So everyone can watch their favorite streaming services. We try to be logged into all of them, but always a good idea to bring our own log in info. Almost everything in the townhome is brand spanking new, including the air conditioning, all furniture, beds (Ashley Furniture) and kitchen gadgets. We provide all sheets, towels, pillows, pack and play and a starter pack for your stay, couple garbage bags, 2 dishwasher and laundry pods, a roll of T.P in each bathroom, a couple hand soaps and a roll of paper towels. There is a hair dyer, k cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glass wear (yes wine glasses too :)) full kid safe dish wear and cups and every little thing you could possibly need to make a meal. whisk, measuring cups, mixing bowls, cutting boards etc. You MUST pay the pet fee if Bringing any Animal, or will be charged triple if found to have a pet after the stay. People have allergies and requires a deep cleaning after any animal is in the home, and needs to be scheduled in advance with the company. I am a hands on owner and will be available for any questions, I typically respond instantly. My family and I would vacation here so often we decided to buy, and I am driven to make my units the best Regal Oaks has to offer; from the best service, to the most comfortable. Regal Oaks already is the best resort Kissimmee has to offer, so what are you waiting for? I've stayed in VRBO and the "other" properties for almost 20 years and the best host owns this house right here. She is readily available, wants to do anything to make your stay perfect, knows the area well and can recommend places for fun, food and shopping. The house was large enough for our group of 10 and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked but doesn't have all the extra stuff like crock pots, mis-matched food containers, casserole dishes - no one needs, wants or uses them anyway. We stayed for almost 2 months and don't eat out constantly so we need space for food, snacks and all of our stuff. The house was clean, everything worked and it is located right next to the front gate, clubhouse, pool, and restaurant. And the pool is kept at tropical temps, maybe 87\. Kids just loved the water slides. My family also loved being able to easily run back and forth to the pool, walk over to Old Town for lunch, dinner or a quick bite, drinks, street performers or music at one of the clubs. Then there's the World of Food Trucks and a huge indoor flea market right across the highway. All this within walking distance. Once you get in your car, you can make airport runs in 20-25 minutes (we made 5 to MCO with zero traffic), Disney Springs in 15 minutes or less and many restaurants, shops, and outlets faster than that. We've been snowbirding for 10 years and the is the first year that we are not ready to leave. Already planning our trip to come back next year. ##### Cheryl M. Convenient to all the parks. Clean enough, except the bathroom rugs are all dirty. Adequate kitchen supplies. Cons: Bunk beds are kind of wobbly, so no way an adult can sleep on top. Most of the pillows are flat as a pancake and need replaced. Chandelier hangs headbangingly low. Could provide more trash bags, dishwasher pods, and TP for longer stays like ours. It was a good choice for us. The location was great! The house was good and secure. We enjoyed the bonus deers that greeted us at times. However, there were a few issues with the water slow draining out sinks in each bathroom and Main bedroom tub which is a little high to step in for us seniors. Maybe a step stool would help. The downstairs bathroom was missing a towel rack. in the Mario and Luigi room the lamps wouldn’t stay on, also in main, the bedside lamps did not work. In the Minions room, the door would not stay closed. If first load of bedsheets are expected to be started in washer then detergent should be provided. In the kitchen it would help if there were mixing bowls provided and ironing board. We enjoyed the area attractions ie Old Town, the outlet malls, gift shops, the flea Market, Disney Springs and City Walk. We even fitted in a concert at the University of Central Florida. We really enjoyed our stay in Florida and would keep this rental on the list for future trips. ##### Linda F. My grandchildren loved the two bunk beds and trundle in the Minions Room, sleeps 5 children/teens. There were rooms for the adults that were comfortable. We did not do much food prep (except oatmeal for breakfast), but there seemed to be a supply of pots and pans. The decorations were fun.
