It is in a convenient location; close to parks, groceries, restaurants, and easy access to multiple highways. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. We enjoyed seeing / hearing all the wildlife in the back yard. The management company / maintenance were so nice to me (user-error on the door-lock).
