Light stains on the floor, probably from previous guests. Overall rooms, kitchen, and living room were clean. Wouldn't mind staying here again! The tvs we couldn’t totally figure out but were able to cast from our phones. We loved the spacious place and the amount of rooms! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic! I can't say enough about the unit, other than there were no cushions for the outside furniture and I got no response when I asked about it. Responses to a couple of other questions were promptly received. The issue is the actual community itself. It is lovely. The amenities are great. We had fun. However, the complex is huge and not everything is within easy reach of where you might be staying. For example, the playground is across the street from the unit. That is great. However, we enjoyed using the pool, but it was over 2 miles away from the actual unit we were in. Other amenities (i.e. the theater) were in the same building as the pool. Everything is available, but not overly accessible, especially by foot. It worked for us as an adult couple, but may not be all that family friendly if you want to be near the fun stuff.
