Villa is a bit dated and needs touching up as some areas were worn, e.g. paint peeling and grout missing. The beds outside have seen better days and there was also a loose drawer in the large ground floor bathroom that we didn't touch as it looked like it would fall out! Pool table was not good huge lean but we didn't really need it. Bathrooms were very impressively clean. Street parking over night was not permitted and 2 of our cars were almost towed wish i would've known because driveway is very small barely fit 2 SUVs. Feb 7, 2020 #### Very Good Generally very good property, which is well located for access to the parks.
