Amenities You’ll Love:
4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, which include two master bedrooms with comfortable king-size mattresses, walk in closets and attached bathrooms, a bedroom with two full beds and a fourth bedroom with full/twin bunk bed and an additional pull out full bed. Beds have very comfortable mattresses and pillows for you to comfortably rest after a long day.

Private heated pool and spa with covered lanai complete with fan and outdoor patio furniture and pool games that can be used by the whole family and all your friends

Full-sized air conditioned game room in garage complete with arcade with 70 games, arcade basketball shootout, billiard/pool table, ice hockey table, Foosball table, dart board, bar table and stools, children’s play castle, multiple board games with seating and table to sit, enjoy and have fun.

Washer and dryer are in the unit and we provide detergent.

Kitchen fully equipped and prepared for use with big and small appliances and we provide dishwashing liquid

To better protect our guests, we have been extra careful with cleaning our house. In addition to the usual cleaning, we ensure that disinfectants and antibacterial products are used in the entire house on all big and small surfaces

First Floor:
The first floor has a very open design with connecting family room, kitchen, and dining areas with a view of the pool and spa, and sliding doors to the lanai and the patio furniture leading to the pool and spa. The first floor also includes the laundry room, a half bath, and a garage that has been converted into a game room.

Second Floor:
All four bedrooms are on the second floor of Palm Villa along with 3 bathrooms, two attached to the master bedrooms and one in the hallway adjacent to the additional two bedrooms. Hallways are carpeted and the kid’s rooms are decorated with some Disney favorite characters to really create a home-like atmosphere, suitable for all ages.

Kitchen Amenities:
Our kitchen has everything you need to eat and drink your way through your stay, including glasses of kinds, plates, bowls, and utensils for the whole table, which can seat six and two additional bar stools. The kitchen island makes for additional space to sit and serve with bar stools. Additionally, we have many appliances both large and small such as a full convection oven, fridge & freezer with ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, and much more. And of course a large sink and dishwasher to put everything away after the meal.

Things To Do Nearby:
Conveniently located, this house is only a few miles from Disney World and Universal Studios. Sam's Club, Super Target, Restaurants, Shopping Outlets, and Gas Station are 5 minutes from the villa. It is also just a short walk to the Community Club House. A short drive away from the best Gulf and Atlantic side beaches the Sunshine State has to offer (Clearwater Beach, Cocoa Beach). If your interests are less Earthbound, also a short drive away is the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral from which shuttles are launched into space on a regular basis.

There is an extra fee of $60 for access to the bbq grill. This fee covers the cost of propane and maintenance. Let us know beforehand if you are interested in using the grill so we can ensure it is ready for your use upon checking in!

By the time of your check-in, the house will be fully cleaned and disinfected for you and your family. Daily cleaning is offered for an extra fee.
