Experience luxury and relaxation at its finest. SINGLE-FAMILY HOME Single-story home 4 bedrooms | 3 bathrooms 2225 sq. ft | 206 m² • 2 suites with king-size beds; • 2 bedrooms with 2 twin-size beds each (jack and jill bathroom); • 1 full bathroom; • Spacious living room with cable TV; • Dining room with a table for 10; • Well-equipped kitchen with a 3-seat counter; • Laundry room with washer and dryer; • Garage game room with pool and foosball table; • Furnished outdoor area with a table for outdoor meals, couch, and sun loungers. • Private Pool. The face of the pool is facing south. HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed. POOL • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details: • Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability. • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability. Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Champions Gate Vida Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals. PARKING • Guests should park in the garage or driveway. • If street parking is needed, they would have to do so legally in areas where they do not block sidewalks, traffic, fire hydrants, neighbors’ driveways, etc., parking in these areas is prohibited. • Parking permit (orange slip) is provided by the gate attendants at entry of the resort. • Guests must follow all traffic and parking guidelines mandated by law and by the Association in order to avoid towing. The only issue was the 1st master bedroom suite toilet clogged upon arrival but someone came to repair it the next morning (we arrived late). Also, the shower floors are slippery. Pool guy came Saturday to clean it and i saw no difference. Communication with host was outstanding! Dryer didn't work but i notified the host. Great Location! Close to so much! The house was very clean and the supplies were more the adequate with a few surprises. The towel were nice and plush although there was one one for the kitchen. The pots and pans although used look like brand new. The tfal pieces were nut scratched and beat up. Although the heated pool was not working that night they said it would be fixed am the next morning. Not sure when they got there but by 10 am we had bath water in the pool. For service the management company is excellent. We called in the morning about some towel bars ready to fall off the wall and a loose plug outlet by the pool. About half an hour a received a text and wanted to know if we wanted it fixed. I said yes. 20 minutes later a nice gentleman said he was there to fix the problems. He must have been standing on the corner of the street waiting for the call. The service and the management people are outstanding. It made our 3 weeks there fantastic. Thanks Len ##### Eileen B. The pool also was nice but no privacy. The pools are side by side - no privacy fencing or shrubbery between neighbors. This is a neighborhood of short term rentals and the parking situation was terrible. Cars parked everywhere. And loud neighbors most of the time. Lots a small problems ( no kitchen towels, ants, water faucet didn’t work, etc) were resolved quickly by the host. ##### Lynn S. The water in one bedroom was off so we had to fix that, sink was plugged so took apart and fixed that. Not sure how cleaners were able to clean with no water or sink plugged. Fans look like they were never dusted. Had wifi issues which were fixed in a day but not good at keeping us updated on what was happening. The chairs in the pool area were still broken as was in previous guest comments that would have been nice to have other than that. The home was beautiful. This year we only needed a 4 bedroom home. This house met all our expectations. The Property Management group was great to deal with - answered all emails leading up to rental dates very quickly. The house was located very close to the Oasis Clubhouse where we spent a great deal of time. And unlike most houses in this area, the bbq grill was free of charge. The home was very clean upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend this home. ##### Brenda T. I stayed at this property for a week. There were sun beds that were broken when I arrived. After I left, they charged my card $200 for the damage. They refuse to listen even after I sent them pictures as proof! I would not recommend you stay at this property!!
