Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. • GRILL: Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. Upon arrival after 2 hours of trying to check in there was a dead roach in the kitchen on the floor.Tuesday night showering I notice water was filling up in the tub around my ankles and it was some dirty nasty gunk from this big bawl of hair in the drain that’s looks have been there forever all on my feet and ankles. I immediately had to jump out of the shower from all of these germs in the water. The night before Thanksgiving my stove/ oven didn’t work while I was in the mist of prepping our dinner for Thanksgiving day!!! My Thanksgiving was ruined to prepare meals for my family. I had to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes to my brother house to cook our meal. I couldn’t prepare all the food that I bought because my sister in law was in the mist of preparing her meals for a big party. I had to call many of times to VRBO and make them aware of the situation. I do speak to the host and made him aware of something’s. I was sending messages to the host at one time and could never get him. The customer agent was able to send a message and he did call back finally. My family holiday vacation was ruined because they are not checking the homes thoroughly.
