When we arrived the dish washer wasn’t working. The stove door stayed locked while using it and couldn’t take out our meal, needed to work on it for 20 mins to be able to open the door. The shower curtain was moldy and unsanitary , one of the island chairs was broken witch could be a safety hazard. The outdoor pool was loosing water and needed to be constantly filled. 2 broken long chair were also broken. A toilet seat was broken and the oven mits were missing witch are part of the checklist. All these were reported by email but not actioned until I called a few times and spoke to a manager. Than most of the issues were fixed. But when I am on vacation I don’t want to deal with the same issues I would deal at home. This was disappointing for the discrepancies above. ##### Francis P.
