Free Super Fast Fiber WiFi. Free US & Canada Phone Calls. No resort fees. We have recently replaced the full AC system, pool heater and pump, sun loungers, cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, pool furniture/cushions and mattresses. This fully licensed holiday home has a great location overlooking the lake. It has been professionally furnished to the highest standard and recently redecorated. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and living areas are joined by an en-suite double bedroom with a queen size bed. The ground floor en-suite bathroom includes a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. In the dining area is a full size table and a breakfast bar. It also leads out onto the patio of the pool area. Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a double shower. Both enjoy great views of the lake. Also on the upper floor are two double bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom to provide plenty of room for everyone to relax. At the rear of the property, overlooking the lake is a 20ft x 10ft heated private swimming pool with a security fence and safety gate with a lockable latch. The pool is lit with underwater lighting so after dusk, kids love to swim whilst you enjoy a beer or cocktail. Sun loungers and deck chairs offer a relaxing time next to the pool. Only the end townhouses like this property, have a large swimming pool. Baby and toddler equipment is provided free, ready for use. These include high chair, fold-able cot and 2 stair gates. The cable TV service has also been upgraded, many in HD. At the front of the property is plenty of free car parking including designated disabled parking spaces. This was the family's first visit to Florida and it didn't let us down. The villa is in a fabulous location with Disney only a few minutes away which was handy when you needed to get there for opening! In addition, there are plenty of great restaurants just down the road from the property, our favourites being Longhorn Steakhouse and the Orlando Ale House. There is also a Bahama Breeze and Sweet Tomato just about to open. The property itself was perfect for us as there was a huge amount of space and had a great layout that will comfortably accomodate a large family. It felt like a home from home, was immaculately maintained and had everything you would need to have the perfect holiday. I stayed in March 2022 with family members including my grandchildren aged 5 and 7 plus an infant. The property was as described. Check in was a breeze. The house was well equipped. We have been renting vacation homes for years so knew what to bring with us. Anything we didn't have could be easily purchased at nearby stores. The community is nice and quiet. We mostly just stayed at the house, enjoying the pool and walks in the neighbourhood. Ian was absolutely amazing to deal with. He responded promptly to questions and was very friendly. I would not hesitate to rent from him again. We didn't have to contact the property manager for anything but I'm certain that the experience would have been great. ##### P B. We've previously stayed at a WDW resort but these are really getting very pricey for a basic hotel room. Prior to our vacation stay, Ian was very responsive in replying to emails received requesting additional information. Upon arrival, the home was in excellent condition. Home was very clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other personal care items. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart and great restaurants are all near by and WDW Theme Parks are a short 10-15 minute ride depending upon traffic. Subdivision where home is located is gated, and subdivision is very nice with pools, fitness area. In addition, there is a large center lake with a walking path around the lake for those that like a morning walk/jog. No problems accessing the amenities. Our only draw back was that the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Except for that, I wouldn't hesitate staying in this home on our next trip to WDW. Feb 16, 2019 #### Clean, beautiful home in great location Ian’s place is spacious and comfortable with a nice heated pool. We used the pool despite temps in the 50s! A short drive from all the parks and about 90 minutes from the Atlantic. We didn’t need anything additional as the house is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Everything you could need was already stocked in the kitchen. The pool was a great size and heated when we arrived. Ian was very responsive with any questions I had. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were the townhome does not have a grill (when it says grill in the amenities list) and the resort hot tubs close at 6pm/sundown. Don't plan on relaxing in the hot tub on a chilly night. All else considered, this is a beautiful, clean home that was a great value. ##### Tami R. This is our second time staying in Ian’s villa we stayed for 3 weeks this year. (we have already booked for 2019) what can I say contact with Ian before and during our stay was very good, Ian always responds very quickly. The villa it’s self is in a great location both on the complex and from the parks, just off the 192 where there are plenty of places to eat, many supermarkets including a new Walmart. The gated complex is just lovely, nice and quite, pool area is lovely as well. should you need anything reception is always happy to help. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay in Orlando it’s home from home for us and I just love staying there. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando now. Great villa ##### Kelly B. One little issue with the AC unit and it was taken care of right away. The townhouse is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking needs. The private screened in pool was one of the best features. We swam, fished in the pond and barbecued out there when we weren’t in the Disney parks. We did walk to the club house once but swam every day in our own pool. We have 3 children, 21, 15 and 7 so each having their own room was really great. We had an amazing vacation and were lucky enough to have found this rental only 10 minutes from the parks and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent again! The resort itself was very beautiful and the grounds were very well taken care of. The actual villa was AMAZING. We had a great view of the lake. The unit was clean and very functional.
