- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The customer service was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
In the suburbs and near theme parks, Advantage Vacation Homes is in an area with good shopping. Highland Reserve Golf Club and Orange County National Golf Club are worth exploring if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Epcot® and Magic Kingdom® Park are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

This is a "free standing" house! Makes it soo much better than any hotel. Private inground swimming pool. My only compaints would be having to go to a second location to retrieve the keys to the house and later have to return it to the same location. Other vacation homes ive stayed in had a lock box on door, or electronic locks. 5 bedrooms and only two with tv. Needs to upgrade beds for comfort!!. Mine had full kitchen, full size laundy. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. We didnt use, but... Had stock kitchen with utensils and pots and pans. Curling irons and hair dryers. This is equivalent to a rental house, it has its issues but overall I would give it a 8 out of 10 compared to a hotel. Mine was south west of orlando. Fairly convenient to all the parks and attractions around Orlando. About 30 minutes to each. On a personal note:. The house was great, but would not ever go back to Orlando for Disney World or Universal Studios. The parks are Way too expensive for what they are. Six flags is soo much better!
