Hosted a group of co-workers for a multi-day meeting. All were much happier to share the house than have to be split up into hotel rooms and then stuck in a conference room all day. The large kitchen and living area with a monster TV mounted on the wall made for a great spot to give presentations. Then we had the grill and pool area to relax in when the meetings were done. The owner was very informative on how to check in and was available if anything was needed. Vrbo got us in contact with the owner who helped us secure the booking with less than 24 hours till 24 of us would be in Florida. The owners were amazing and their property was perfect. We had access to 2 reunion community water parks. We went to both and our experience at both was smooth and perfect. Plenty of kitchen appliances/utensils and pool towels. We may be unique in that my family is made up of eight children, three spouses, and seven grandchildren, so we use every bedroom. We also eat most meals there, so we really test every amenity. The house and the pool were exactly how we remembered, albeit a little more used. The pool and the hot tub are great, and we enjoyed them immensely! As previously mentioned, the house was a little more used throughout, but the large kitchen and eating area were up to date and fit my family perfectly. Now on to Robin... Any missing or malfunctioning item, big or small, was addressed by Robin immediately. In the kitchen we were missing some utensils and baking items that were delivered either same day, or at worst the next day. One of the two dryers was malfunctioning, and a new one was delivered and installed the next day. Robin is an excellent communicator who responds quickly and, more importantly, solves problems and takes care of needs! ##### Jack O. The house is very large and easily accommodated our 33 family members. The house was very clean. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need including multiple pool towels. Robin was an excellent host. She responds immediately if you have questions or need anything. We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday and the publishing of his second novel. Our family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely make this house our go to family gathering place for future reunions. ##### Deborah S. The house was set up really well for families and allowed our whole team their own space plus the option to be together whenever they wanted. A large space with lots of large rooms with king sized beds. A few bedrooms had fun themes for the smaller kids and the game room and theater room were perfect for the older kids. We had three families (12 people) in our party and the house was wonderful! Great neighborhood, perfect outdoor area, nice waterpark and resort. House was very clean and beds were all comfortable. The hot tub worked great, the bedroom setup was perfect for 12 guys on a golf trip. We ended up watching the game on the large screen TV in the living room. The picture was great and close to the kitchen for refills. We had a couple of minor issues that Robin resolved for us quickly, on how to operate a couple of items. Robin was great, from the day I booked, until the day we left. ##### Steve B. We have taken this same trip, in different homes, for 7 years. This was by far the best house & experience we've ever had. The host, Robin, was absolutely amazing! She answered every question quickly and fully. We had a problem at check-in with the code provided. She actually answered her phone and immediately solved the issue. Another problem - the upstairs AC stopped working. We called again and in a very short amount of time, a crew was at the house making repairs. That company was equally amazing - working very late in to the night and kept contact with us the next day as well. Other reviews mentioned the pool alarm. Yes, it was a bit annoying when someone forgot to push the button. It became a repeated call out "Push the Button!" But it proved its value when the 2 year-old went out the door on his own. We were thankful for the alarm! Every year I leave reviews for the different homes that they could improve the experience just by adding a few cheap, simple items. No need for that here! This house had it all. We were thankful to have a FULLY STOCKED kitchen. It's great to have full cooking supplies when you are away from home with an extemely large group of 30+. This house had bowls, baking sheets, multiple coffee pots, & even a croc pot! Double appliances were needed and appreciated. Extra pool towels were nice. The house & subdivision are beautiful! The bedrooms all having their own bathrooms was a big plus and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen, eating area, and living room were open and large enough to comfortably accommodate our group. The location was within 30 minutes of many attractions and the airport which was very convenient. Robin was very responsive and quick to address any issues that came up. ##### Steph D. My family and I stayed 3 nights at this property in July 2023\. The host was very responsive and the property was just as we expected. The resort was veryyy nice and we visited the water park which the kids enjoyed. We had plenty of appliances and kitchen gadgets to cook meals. We would definitely book another stay here. The only issue we had (which was not anyone's fault) were raccoons in the pool area. Overall, lovely neighborhood and great property. ##### Jazmine S.
