Acadia Estates Villa is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, two-story home with over 3100 Sq Ft of interior living space plus the lanai/pool area. This fantastic house comes with everything you need for an awesome vacation including a pool, hot tub/spa, home theater, flat-screen TVs, fast wireless Internet, and much more. The pool area features a large deck for sun lounging and dining, and a wonderful pool and hot tub/spa (optionally heated for $24/night).

It is in a very nice, quiet, gated community and is one of the closest developments to Disney. It is less than three miles away from the Disney World exit and is extremely close to other major attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. It is just over an hour to stunningly beautiful beaches.

Whether you're in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, you've found the perfect location. This is the ideal place to return to at the end of a long day, and you'll have all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a drink or snack and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply relax in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

All bedrooms have their own televisions with a Roku device. There are also two stand-up arcade games in the loft area. The house has an electronic lock system, so there are no keys to pick up or remember, as well as a whole-home security system. There are two sets of high-quality linens as well as towels for both the pool and bathrooms. There is also a stereo in the kitchen area that you can connect to via Bluetooth or a 3.5mm aux cord.

We have a small set of toiletries, bar soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets to get you started so you don't have to run out to the store right away and can just settle in.

There are cameras facing out on the front exterior of the home but none inside the home. We also have a Ring Doorbell at the front door.

The house was exactly as described in VRBO. The weather was a little cooler but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for that. The communication leading up to our stay as well as throughout our stay was excellent. We will certainly use this property again.Well worth the money and location was perfect. Great home base in Orlando

Came here with a group of colleagues to participate in a conference. Wonderful place that’s convenient to theme parks and short drive to the Orange County Convention Center. Easy communication. Highly recommended.

Restful and Beautiful Property

If I could, I would give this property a 10-star rating! It was clean, had lots of entertainment options (like Roku, board games, a movie room, arcade games, and a pool with a hot tub), was easy to find, and had an ensuite bathroom with most of the bedrooms. I can't wait to stay here again! The owners were incredibly quick to reply to any of our inquiries, and they had enough supplies to cover the bulk of our stay. We also made use of the 2 washer and dryer sets to do our laundry before coming home. It was lovely to just put our clothes away as soon as we got home. Thank you for such a warm and inviting home to stay in!!

Fabulous house, great location

This was the perfect location for a theme park vacation. So close to Disney parks. The pool and hot tub were amazing after all the walking we did. Family loved the theater room. The place was spotless. We will definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located and loved the pool/hot tub

We enjoyed the convenience of being only about 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. It was also nice to have a private pool and hot tub to use in the evening after a long day at the parks and on a day off. The movie/game room was fun as well!

Fantastic location for Disney!

Perfect Orlando Vacation House

This house is the perfect spot for a family visiting Orlando! Communication was prompt and easy. The house is spacious, clean, well-appointed, safely located in a gated community, and a quick drive to attractions. The pool is incredibly relaxing after long days at the parks. Excellent Vacation Home & Location

Such a great home in an amazing location! From the very beginning Michele and Matt were helpful, accommodating and so friendly. This home had every single thing we needed for a large group with children and was so clean upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. We cannot wait to come back!

Great Vacation

My family and I (11 of us )enjoyed our stay at this property. As soon as we checked in, the house smelled clean which was my #1 priority. The weather wasn't the best so when we could no go out we were able to enjoy the theater room and play with the arcade games. Michele and Matt did a great job with communicating and answering questions I had in a timely manner. I am positive that we will definitely book again!

Acadia Estates Villa

House was as promised, clean, and the same as the photos. Communication with the owner was fantastic! You can tell they have pride in what they own. I requested for the pool to be heated for our stay. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot when the temperature was 50 degrees outside. My kids loved it! Location in proximity to Disney, restaurants, and shopping was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future! I highly recommend it!

Loved our stay!!

Very happy with our recent stay. The house is beautiful and it is perfect for a large family. Loved that the owner has provided you with so many extras that you may not have the room to bring on vacation or want to bring on vacation. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. They even had a some laundry pods and dryer sheets for a couple loads of clothes. This house is a dream come true for a vacation rental. It was cleaned throughly when we arrived. Didn’t feel the need to wipe down anything. I would highly recommend the rental and would definitely rent from them again if we are in the area. We appreciate you sharing your beautiful house with us. It made our vacation enjoyable.

Perfect house, amazing owners

Look no further! This house is just simply the best. It is so spacious, so clean, and it feel just like home from the minute you walk in. The hosts are absolutely incredible and are willing to resolve any issue you encounter. That being said, I have stayed in this house multiple times and I have never had an issue.
