I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Overall the stay was not pleasant. We had no A/C and had to purchase box fans. The refrigerator did not chill for frig or freezer. This caused us to lose lots of costly foods. They did compensate us for the frig not working, however, it did not add up to the amount wasted. The curtains were dirty and the cleaning equipment was non-operable. The game room game systems did not work. There were roaches in the kitchen area, and to top it off there were what appeared to be bedbugs found on and around the pull-out couch. When attempting to reach out to management, the response was slow and most problems did not get fixed until after we had checked out, maybe.
As far as the bedbugs, upon contacting management, they blame them on us and stated that they do a thorough cleaning of the house and any bedbugs will be from the guest. This is untrue because if that was the case, we would not have found items in the pull-out couch from the previous guest. After trying to handle the problem without bringing a cause of action to the company, the Guest Relations Manager,
Nicole Orrey said she would call me back, but instead sent an email blaming my family and me for everything and further refused to speak to me at all after trying to escalate the problem.
Maintenace does not speak English and is horrible at their job and obviously, housekeeping is not great. There is no way that a cleaning crew can clean a nine-bedroom house plus common areas within the time they have allowed before the next guest arrives, as they do not come nor be around at the time of your checkout. This they have on the advertisement. You out by 11 AM. The next guest in by 4 PM This was a horrible experience for my family, especially the children.

Great Place to Stay
The house was beautiful and accommodating. The 2 issues I had were there were a limited number of cooking utensils and pots and we paid for the pool to be warm upon our arrival and they didn't turn it on to be warmed until that day.
