It is conveniently located near well-known tourist attractions. The house is laid out over two floors, detailed as follows: First Floor: \-Bedroom: Equipped with a king bed and a 50-inch TV, full bathroom, closet, and balcony. \-Kitchen: A full kitchen stocked with utensils. \-Living Room: Features a beautiful electric fireplace, double-height ceilings which provide a spacious and luxurious feel, along with a half-bath. \-Laundry: Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. \-Balcony: A beautiful balcony furnished with a table with 6 chairs and a great barbecue setup. Second Floor: \-Three Suites: Each suite is complete with bathrooms, closets, and TVs. \-Two bedrooms: each with 2 twin beds. \-Master suite: includes a king bed, a work desk, and a large chaise lounge for relaxation. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2\. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. \* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. 4.Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. 5\. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. \- If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. 6\. Objects and belongings: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems. 7.Online shopping: We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems.
