Loose trash, grocery bags, or trash outside the bags will not be collected. Cardboard boxes must be flattened and properly bundled. Sharp objects must be disposed of separately for safety. Incorrect disposal will result in a $100 fine, with photo or video evidence. Trash is collected daily starting at 9 AM and must be in the bin by 10 AM for pickup. Parking Please park only in the designated spots for the property. Do not park in prohibited areas, sidewalks, streets, or block other garages.
