Unlike many Disney World rentals our home has two large living rooms and the villa has over 2400 square feet of total space plus an additional large game room. There is more than enough space to enjoy vacationing with your family yet still find some personal space for yourself when you want. This is the perfect location; close enough to Walt Disney World to make driving back and forth during the day and easy. Most families love taking an afternoon break at the villa and letting the kids swim and relax before heading back to Disney for a night of magic. But just far enough from the gate to make the rental costs not too pricey. The en-suite bathroom provides a peaceful sanctuary to relax in the spacious deep corner bath. It has an extended vanity unit with a dual hand basin, large shower cubicle and WC along with a walk-in closet. The master bedroom invites you into the pool area via French Doors for that early morning dip. Lounge and Dining Area The Lounge area provides you with a quiet retreat to sit and relax on a comfortable sofa. The dining table provides seating for 8 for a more formal dining evening. Bedrooms All bedrooms have luxury bed linen and flat-screen TV’s offering 70+ channels. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin rooms. All bedrooms are also within easy access to a third family bathroom. For groups with small children, a pull out couch can also sleep someone. There were bugs (alive and dead) in the upstairs bedroom. The thermostat was off all the time. When we turned it to a higher temp, the inside temp read colder. The homeowner was fantastic with communication during booking process all the way to our rental date. The rental manager was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions during our week there. My expectation was high, and this home did not disappoint. It was immaculate. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The location is close to Disney & Flamingo Crossings which we needed while visiting our daughter who was in the Disney College Program. We loved the hot tub & the house was very comfortable. After visiting Florida 4 times in the past few months, this was the only property which allowed us to control our own temperature of the home! This is a major perk on days when the heat index was over 110\. The owner was very responsive during the entire rental process & stay. More than enough room for our family. Everything was clean and organized. Pool and hot tub were amazing any time of day or night. We were in the game room a lot as well. Home was clean and very close to all Disney parks right down Funie Stead Rd to the main road to Disney. Near Publix, Target, Walmart and many restaurants. Took us 15 minutes every day to get to Disney Springs. The house is self catering as it only has a small roll of tp in each bathroom. Only one towel/washcloth per person in the Master bathroom and same with the two upstairs bathrooms, no extras. We had to do wash daily to have a clean towel especially if we used them for the pool as well. There is also only one trash bag. Make sure to stop before and get essentials. The pool was very clean but there could be some maintenance done in the cracks of the concrete in the pool area as grass was growing through it as well as outside the pool area there was a lot of algae growth. The grout in the master bath needs a deep cleaning and the game room could use it as well on the mats. We had issues with the alarm in the first day but after that were used to setting it. It was super nice having two bathrooms upstairs so everyone could get ready and no time was wasted when in a hurry. Would definitely stay again and recommend! ##### Angela R. Kitchen was well stocked with materials needed to prepare meals some staples. Had an eventful trip with one of my children needing emergency appendix removal during stay, was grateful for the ER a mile up the road!
