Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING   
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.  
  
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.   
  
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL  
1-Cost: $35 per day.  
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.  
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.  
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.  
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.  
It does not have jets.  
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.  
  
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.   
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• ONLINE PURCHASE  
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.   
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.  
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.  
Some resorts may not accept them.

#### BEWARE OF RATS

House is nice and spacious, however we had read in prior reviews from another website that they had RAT issues. I contacted the property manager and they assure me they never had rat incidents inside the house, only outside (even tough the reviews we read stated they saw rats inside the house). I also asked them when the last time pest control went to the house and they said they went the week before. I took them at their word, and didn't cancel the stay out of good faith, however we were unpleasantly surprised the morning after our first night when my mother found a HUGE LIVE RAT inside the pantry. We also found bite marks on fruits we left on the counter. We immediately left the house and had a LONG back and forth with the property manager in order to get our money back for the remaining nights of the stay. According to past reviews this issue has been going since November of 2024\.

#### Beautiful family vacation home

House was fantastic. Just make sure you tell them specifically that you want the hot tub heat turned on before you get there (and pay the extra for it) if you want a hot tub experience. That was our only disappointment as the kids had plenty of room, kitchen was big and entertainment spaces including pool and game room and movie theater space were memorable!!

Check in was seemless, there was 8 of us my adult children and grand daughter. It was three day Disney trip for my three year old grand daughter"s birthday , i think she may have enjoyed the pool more than the park. It was perfect thanks again!

The place is nice has everything it needs for you to have a good time. The owner gave me a hard time before even going to stay at the place. I tried explaining what was going on so many times and they didn’t care one but what I was trying to say. My brother had to fix it for me. After i payed for pool heat for 4 days, said they came to fix it when i said it wasn’t heating, called me again and told me they were going to refund, and yet still haven’t received the refund.

#### Beautiful home but....

This home was beautiful and very spacious! Loved the layout and everything looked clean! EXCEPT THERE WERE ROACHES !!! They were a lot in the kitchen! We would come home turn on the lights and they were everywhere in the kitchen! They were behind the stove, island, pantry, and kitchen floor. We would definitely recommend the home once the roach situation gets fixed.

We didn't have enough pillowcases, towels, garbage bags, screens at pool were broken, portable kitchen grill did not work, no dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels,no adequate toilet paper, etc. House itself was nice.

A big and beautiful home with so many rooms and amenities. My family really enjoyed the house and specially the pool at the house, and the community pool. The owner/property management was excellent in responding quick and fixing the minor problems. Thanks soo much for sharing your beautiful home, hope to be back soon.
