Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) This could be a great property, however it is in great need of repair. Two showers did not work, the kitchen sink drains very slowly, the furniture in the loft needs to be repaced, some kitchen chairs are in need of being replaced, both back door locks need repair, half the ceiling fans do not work. Shower leaks into the foyer below, t.v. in one bedroom did not work, carpets beyond filthy, bedding filthy and no extras left, washing machine would not drain all the way and not enough towels in the house to accommodatea all guests. Also dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and dirty towels left in washing machine. Most blinds were broken on the sliding doors and could not be closed. One bathroom was infested with ants. Contacted the management company during our stay when the kitchen sink stopped draining altogether and noticed the leaky shower. Later advised them of all the issues and their response was thank you for the feedback. Never an apology. Refunded $100 but that in no way comes close to taking care of the inconvenience. Beware the pictures look much better than reality. I expressed my concerns about their customer service being sub par and received no response in return. Highly recommend you continue looking at other properties if you want to avoid your vacation being ruined. ##### alla p. The home was very spacious and accommodating to my family. Everything is very close including Disney theme parks. There were minor issues with the home as far as several window blinds missing from both windows near the exit to the pool and the leather sofa in the seating area upstairs had damage to it. Otherwise my family loved the home and looking forward to staying again in the near future. I like to thank the Home Owner for allowing my family to stay in the home. ##### Toshiba J.
