Alternatively, it is a relaxing base for lazing around the pool and Spa. Villa description: House is located in The Shire in West Haven, Davenport area, Orlando / Disney Area, Florida: The 2-story Villa is located just a 20 minutes drive from Disney, and 20 minutes from Downtown Disney. The Champions Gate Shopping Complex is only a few minutes away from the Villa for all the essentials with a Publix Supermarket, Gas Station, McDonald's, and a Chili’s Restaurant. The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, with an additional bonus room off the Master suite to accommodate small children so they can be near their parents. The home is fully air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped to the highest standard. The five bedrooms include 2 King rooms, 1 queen room,1 room with 2 Twin beds, 1 room with full size Bunk Beds & Bonus room off the Master suite that can sleep 2 small children. There is a balcony that stretches the full width of the house on the second floor giving beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house, the balcony is accessible from both King suites. There is a formal dining room, two lounges, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a games room fully equipped with a pool table and games. Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful large swimming pool and Spa. The house faces West so you have the beautiful sunshine over the private swimming afternoon & evening. The pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing. We also have a removable pool security fence as a safety precaution for families traveling with children. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer located on the second floor(which means get the laundry done before traveling home. Please note - This property has a pet policy for an additional fee you can bring max. 2 dogs (no cats) $100.00\. Aug 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy got gate code / door code before we left the uk , so no problems checking in . kitchen etc very well equiped . villa its self very clean and spacious enough for our family with 6 adults , 3 children ( even provided games ) . games room great . bed rooms very spacious but no wardrobe in main kingsize bedroom with bonus room. , had a problem with the pool , rang management company and they were out to look at it within 20 mins and fixed the next day . overall a fantasic villa with more than enough space than you will need , ...... will book again next time we are in florida ##### david s.
