Features 2 King en-suites, 1 Queen bedroom, a car-themed bedroom and a Minnie-themed bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, open living area, and private pool and spa (hot tub). Resort amenities include pools, lazy river, slides, splash pad, fitness center, and sports courts—all minutes from Disney, Universal, and shopping. \- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority. \- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible. \- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff. \- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen, signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19\. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. \- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay. \- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property. \- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don’t ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That’s it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on vacation. Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units. \- Every reservation comes with free access to The Hideaway Club \- The Hideaway Club is within walking distance from this property, less than 5 minutes. \- Gated community \- 24-hour security \- Resort broke ground in 2017, so properties are newer builds Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time, and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance with this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided. Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. The AC went out on the hottest day we were there and took around 4 hours to fix and then all night to cool the house back down. One day we were there the owner of the house had his car parked in the garage so i received a text while we were at the park that the owner might need us to move our vehicle so he could pull his vehicle out of the garage, I thought that was very strange. I would probably not choose this Vrbo again while staying in Orlando. Towel bar in upstairs bathroom was also broken as well. The check in process was very easy and sent ahead of time with all the details needed for your stay. The home is located close to the clubhouse which is convenient. The host was extremely communinicative ahead of time and during our stay for any questions that arose. The property manager was also quick to respond to any issues.The pictures are accurate and the home is beautiful! There was enough space for everyone and all the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths as well. Beach towels are also available for the private pool as well as for use at the resort. We added the pool heat which the kids enjoyed. Overall we had a wonderful time at the home and at the resort. ##### Gina E. So close to the parks, 10-15 minutes total to park at magic kingdom / epcot, we had a wonderful time! The Storey Lake resort pools were so fun, and the convenience of having a pool at the house too made it so easy with our kids to be able to cool off. ##### Megan S. The living area had a great setup - couch and chairs for plenty of people, dining room table and seating at the island - the open layout was perfect for our large group. The bedrooms had a great assortment of beds and everyone said they were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows too. The 5 bathrooms was a perk because no one had to wait for a shower after a long day at the pool!The house was stocked with all the basics, but they were really good! Sometimes when we rent we’re making pasta in three different pots because there isn’t one big enough, or we are making an egg in a pan that is dented and uneven and cooks only on one side. I know those aren’t dealbreakers, but this house had great pots and pans and plenty of bowls/pyrex/tupperwear/measuring cups/cooking utensils/ and every kitchen gadget you would need. They even had a garlic press! The pool was wonderful. A nice quiet space when we wanted some privacy and didn’t feel like heading over to the lazy river. The patio furniture was in excellent shape and we had a great time sitting by the pool in the evening. The location was just a few steps from the lazy river which was super convenient. And the drive to Disney was not bad either. The only downside was we did find a couple cockroaches. Management was nice when I notified them and said they were going to address it, but it was still a little disappointing to see since everything else was so great!! ##### Mindy B.
