We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority. \- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible. \- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The check in process was easy and seamless. It was close to all the Disney parks, grocery store, gas station, etc. The additional pools, hot tub, splash pad, mini golf, was a plus and close to our unit.
