When we arrived the pool was green! I noticed one comforter looked dirty, so I asked them to come back to take care of these two items and they did come back. When they left, I noticed they just put a new one on top of the bed. We then noticed the sheets on that bed were dirty. We then checked all beds--ALL GROSS-- I started checking everywhere and the towels, dishes, dining chairs, sofa, and floors were absolutely disgusting. It was so bad that I went to the store to buy my own sheets and towels. We had to wear shoes the entire time due to the nasty floors. There was also a panel that fell off the wall that nobody ever came to repair. They did come clean the dining chairs. I asked for some kind of reimbursement and all they did was take off the cleaning fee! They should have paid me for my cleaning fee and for the inability to use the pool the first day.
