This home is situated in the prestigious new Champions Gate development, close to Disney and Reunion and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.This home boasts over 3,000+ sq ft for you and your family to relax and unwind from long days at the park. This home has a large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families, and groups. The living area features plenty of seating around the large LCD TV, and adjacent is the dining area, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.The home is a 6 bedroom 6-bathroom pool home located on the famous Champions Gate golf community, 20 minutes from the attractions The home has been furnished to a very high standard and is purpose built to accommodate the whole family. It has been tastefully decorated throughout with luxurious finishing touches. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The modern fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops and chrome appliances.The breakfast bar has stools for informal eating or there is a formal dining table and chairs. Relax in the family room on the sofas and watch the flat screen TV or bring your own movies and watch it on the DVD player. The villa has wifi and free calls within the US. From the dining area, the double patio doors open onto the pool deck with patio furniture where you can sit and admire the fabulous oversize pool and spa while having a spot of lunch.Equipped with a fantastic games room to entertain the whole family when you just want to relax after those busy days visiting the attractions. If you fancy a night in, enjoy Floridas amazing sunsets to the rear of the home while you chill out around the pool or revitalize yourself in the bubbling spa.For the days that you want to stay home, a short distance from the property you will find the Oasis Resort Center.  
  
2 King bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 Twin bedroom and 1 Bunk bedroom.Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $70 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.  
  
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.About the Resort:The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.  
  
Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if youre lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve being pampered, while little ones are having the time of their lives playing organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones.  
  
For those interested in hitting the links, theres golf! Champions Gate features an 18 hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
