This clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated house is finished to a high standard and has everything you need, just bring your swimsuit and sun oil and enjoy!!

Terra Verde's fabulous clubhouse features onsite concierge services, a fitness centre, games room, business centre, ATM and a spacious lounge with television and serving complimentary coffee. Free wireless internet access is available in the lounge. Outside is the large, landscaped, zero entry heated pool, spa, Tiki bar and sunning deck.

What more do you need? We have a host of recreational activities including a half-Basketball court, beach volleyball court, croquet and bocca (boules) lawn and all weather table tennis.

For the little ones there is a play area with swings, a slide and a climbing rock. You may also try your hand at fishing in the fully stocked lake.

Zero stars if I could!
I’ve been vacationing in this resort for 5 years. This is THE 1st time I’m leaving such a terrible review. The pictures of this house is beautiful… it’s another story when you walk in, furniture is old and ripped, furniture broken or missing, rugs are stained everywhere and rippled, nothing was clean, we made a pile of stuff from other people staying there before us… the house smells like a old musty basement, there is so much water damage in almost every room. Cockroaches are EVERYWHERE! Dishwasher, cabinets, showers, patio of the pool, you name it I will assure you, you WILL find them, the pool is absolutely disgusting black in every corner, all patio furniture was rusted and broke, I could go on and on. I messaged the manager of this property and still haven’t heard from them. I would of left a much different review had her and I worked together to fix some of these issues. We went out and bought tons of cleaning supplies and cleaned the house top from bottom and we even left them the remaining cleaning supplies we bought just in case they had any interest cleaning the house again before the next victims stay there or maybe they would want to use cleaning products to clean the house instead of not cleaning it. I should of known with the reviews below but I just couldn’t believe what the people below were saying VS the pictures online. Shame on me. I never thought in the 5 years of coming there that there would ever be such a house such as this. It’s sad.

horrible experience!
This property is not worth the money that you spend for it everything is extremely outdated has holes and rips in dining room chairs and the couches are falling apart. Also this house has a huge Raccoon problem, on the first night there management was notified that there were raccoons in the ceiling of the house running around all night which kept my poor 76 year old grandmother up for the whole week….which then management denied that they had no knowledge of the issue but there were raccoon traps all on the outside of the property. Then on the third night there my stepfather had a cockroach crawling on his face in his sleep! Also to top it off they had the nerve to charge us an extra 50 dollars for missing towels when they gave each bathroom only one towel each to begin with and that was not enough towels for a party of 9 so we had to go purchases towels at Walmart. This was the worst property I have ever stood at in my life and management was no help and extremely rude and deceitful! I would never stay here again and I advise no one else does either.

House was falling apart. Carpets were filthy. The screen on pool screen was all torn up. Base boards were caked with dust. No one stated we needed to check in at the club house. We were told 2 days after by security guard that we needed to go check in. We went twice and there was a sign saying they would be back soon. Finally on third time we were able to check in. There were only 5 small towels when we got there. Had to go to Walmart to get more.

Stay was okay but owners are deceiving
Good location. House was fine. Mostly clean. Comforters on beds had holes and some stains but not a huge deal. Pool was fine. The biggest complaint was the air conditioning did not work! It was 86 degrees in the house! I contacted the owners and they said it was because we must've set the thermostat colder than it should be and the unit froze. This was not true as we did not do that. They finally had a tech come out to look at it and he was not surprised at all. He verified that the thermostat was set appropriately as stated in the manual they left. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong before even looking at it. Well now I know why. Come to find out, we talked to the company that did the air conditioning at that house and he said they had given the owners quotes for a new air conditioner and the prior guests had complained about it the week before. Obviously they knew about the issue but did not reveal it to us and tried to blame us for it! Very deceiving! Our guests could not even use the upstairs bedroom because it was too hot! I had to go out and buy 3 new fans just so it was manageable. I shouldn't of had to do that! Finally near the end of our stay it worked but only if we shut it off during the day and turned it on at night and waited for it to cool down. Would not stay in a house again owned by these people.

This property was a huge let down. So many things were dirty, broken non functional, missing things.
I have stayed in many vacation homes over the last 30 years and this was by far the worst. Property is not kept up. So many things were wrong. I wouldn't mind if I was only paying a thousand dollars..but I paid tripple that. House definitely wasn't like what was advertised.
