POOL HEATER INFORMATION: Pool Heating is optional for an extra $35 + tax (13.5%) per day and this must be requested at the time of the booking or at least 3 days prior to check in. Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 3 days straight. Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees. (Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, Spa/Jacuzzi only gets hot if Pool Heating is requested). The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures. We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December. Kindly inform us if you want the pool heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb, we can send you a payment request after you complete your booking. Interaction We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :) Other things to note The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Getting Around Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after check out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee or cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
