Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.  
  
• HOUSEKEEPING  
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.   
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.  
  
• ONLINE PURCHASE  
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.   
30LB less - $10 per package  
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.   
  
Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.  
  
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.   
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.  
  
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.  
  
Meals are delivered straight to the house.  
  
• POOL HEATER   
\-Cost: $35 per day.  
\-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.  
\-Temperature will not exceed 95F.  
\-Must be requested 48h in advance.  
\-The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.  
  
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)  
  
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Home was excellent for our family. The only thing would be if you want to use the Jacuzzi make sure to say so because even though it’s in the home you have to request to be turned on. Other than that everything was perfect.

#### Senior trip

We had a wonderful time in this unit. We are a small Christian school and wanted to have somewhere for the kids to relax all together but also have Thier own space without having to be confined to hotel rooms. The house was great , clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

#### Great location! Can improve cleanliness!

We had a great stay at this property! Overall was great, our family had a pleasant time during our stay. The one thing I would say is it needs a deep clean, some of the vents had a lot of dust and rust (needs to be painted or replaced). Thank you for being attentive to all my questions, communication with the host was excellent.

The property was close to Disney and the owner was easy to communicate with. There were plenty of beds for our family and overall it was a good experience. If you are looking to cook at all you may need to bring mixing bowls or pans to bake in.

The first time my dad side of the family has all gotten together we all stayed in the house went to Disney World, the kids planes we ate dinner. The adults sat around and had a great conversation. Thank you for providing such a great place.

#### Great community pool

The condo was well-suited for our group. The location was very convenient to the parks and anything we might need. We especially liked the community pool and tiki bar and restaurant. The private pool was somewhat dirty and didn't seem to be filtering. I tried to contact the management about the issue, and asked that they test the pH, but didn't get a response. The furniture was also rather worn out--missing hardware or showing signs of age. There was little to no signage about how to recycle, how to operate tv and cable, or check out procedures. There were also no pool/beach towels or washcloths.

The first night of our stay there was an issue with the AC. Was in constant contact with the property manager and They took care of the problem first thing the next morning. Besides that issue, it was a great stay overall.

Had a great experience, close to food and stores. Only thing we paid for the heated pool and no one ever showed, but the resort is great with movie theater & waterpark.

#### Not as wonderful as previous rentals.

Hello! We vacation in Florida every few years and we always chose HomeAway as our rental source. All of our previous trips have been wonderful. This time we stayed 8 days, paid for a heated pool...day 4 it was still cold...called twice....then the pool got so hot it wasnt even usuable. Wasted $200 there. Kitchen chair was broken, my husband fixed it. Knobs in downstairs bedroom dresser fell off to the touch. Garage door would not open. We were out of the actual house by 10 am on check out day, but we were still in driveway trying to figure out where to pack everything, and was charged for being late. Other then all that it was a great stay. But I will have to say it was also our worst rental.
