Welcome home! Relax in comfort in this delightful two-story townhome, conveniently located just minutes from SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, ChampionsGate, and plenty of restaurants and shops.  
  
Boasting 5 bedrooms—each with a flat-screen television—and 4.5 bathrooms, this residence is the ideal retreat for up to 10 guests. Delight in a screened-in, private heated pool.  
  
Guests also have access to a community pool, kid's water park, fitness center, mini-golf, and volleyball court!

Please be aware that failure to report a pet or remit the required pet fee will result in extra cleaning service charges equivalent to an amount higher than the standard pet fee, in addition to any applicable taxes.

Pack ‘n Plays and highchairs are available for rent at $30 plus tax per item, per stay.   
Guests who make official rental requests at least 48 hours before their arrival will receive a 50% discount on the rental fee.

For rental inquiries within 48 hours of the arrival, guests may inquire in person with our front desk team upon or after the check-in.

Access to the property is limited to registered guests only. Your reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests staying or visiting, including all adults, children, and infants. Parties or social gatherings are not permitted.

If it's discovered that the number of guests on the property exceeds either the registered guest count or the maximum occupancy at any time during your stay, it will be considered a violation of your rental agreement. This may result in:

\* Immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund for the remaining nights.  
\* Requiring all guests to vacate the property immediately.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

For stays with 7-day intervals, you can enjoy a special rate of $100 per week, plus tax. Any remaining days outside of a full week will be charged at the daily rate. You'll be charged for the entire length of your stay for this service.
