The first floor offers a king bedroom with a private full bathroom and an additional half bath near the pool area. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite, a king suite with its own private bath, and two themed kids’ bedrooms: one with a full and twin bed featuring Mickey-inspired décor, and another with a full and twin bed featuring Mario accents, sharing a full bathroom. A loft with comfy sofa seating and a TV provides the perfect spot for movie nights or casual lounging. Step outside to the screened-in private pool, an outdoor dining area, and sun loungers—ideal for enjoying Florida’s sunshine in privacy and comfort.
