Bienvenue à Emerald Island Resort, le plus beau complexe privé sécurisé à seulement 4 miles de Disney World - juste derrière le tout nouveau Margaritaville Resort & Waterpark ! %%% Nous sommes extrêmement fiers de dire que nous avons plus de 100 avis 5 ÉTOILES ! %%% \~\~ Ce qui distingue notre maison loin de chez soi des autres maisons de notre région, c'est que la piscine et le chauffage du jacuzzi/spa sont inclus dans chaque devis - donc pas de frais cachés. Nous commençons également chaque invité avec les nécessités que personne n'aime acheter pendant les vacances - du liquide vaisselle, des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle, un rouleau supplémentaire d'essuie-tout, de nouveaux torchons, des essuie-vaisselle, une éponge, des sacs poubelles supplémentaires et des dosettes de lessive. Il y a du papier toilette dans chaque salle de bain, ainsi qu'un ou deux rouleaux supplémentaires. Pour un séjour typique de 7 nuits, il n'y aurait pas besoin d'acheter l'une de ces choses ! Les enfants adoreront voir Mickey dans la chambre à thème Disney avec un lit simple superposé et un lit gigogne coulissant pouvant accueillir confortablement 3 enfants. Entrez dans la chambre principale principale avec salle de bains. La piscine n'est qu'à quelques pas par des portes-fenêtres. Cette salle de bain a également sa propre entrée pour la piscine, donc plus de pieds mouillés dans la maison. La chambre principale Queen est confortable et accueillante - et dispose également d'une salle de bains. Vous voyagez avec des adolescents ou plus d'adultes ? Notre 4ème chambre offre 2 lits jumeaux parfaits pour tous les âges. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision HD à écran plat fixée au mur. The home layout, 1 story with 4 bedrooms, was so convenient for our family with 2 toddlers. We spent some quality time in the heated pool and spa. There's a small playground located a short walk away, just around the corner. Lots of amenities at the house. Owner sent directions and info & was quick to respond when I had a question. Our family was so happy with how nice this home was, pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and cozy with so much space for everyone. The pool and spa were a perfect way to end long theme park days. The resort location was perfect, so close to everything. It was also very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks throughout the resort and have to say the vegetation around the pool was so nice compared to most homes. So much family privacy. The owner has added so many touches and amenities we didn’t have to get a lot of things we normally would have. Beds were very comfy and the large couch let us all hang out together. The game room was so fun and temperature was great, other listings had comments about it being hot since it is in a garage but we didn’t have that issue at all at this home. We had a fantastic vacation staying in this rental house. Danielle was extremely prompt and easy to communicate with. The check-in was flawless, especially since we arrived at 1 AM. The layout was perfect for our two families, four adults and five kids. Super clean and had everything we needed! The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. The garage was also a big hit with our kids, they loved the pool table and air hockey table. Great location, not too far from all of the Disney parks. Walmart is just up the road for groceries. It was a perfect location in relation to Disney and a great neighborhood for families with playgrounds a walk away! The heated pool and hot tub were so refreshing, while the landscape offered privacy to enjoy family time. Our littles loved the Mickey room and the game room and had lots of space to play and enjoy movies. Not having to figure out a pack n’ play or high chair is so helpful when traveling with infants and the quality laundry option makes packing lite a breeze. Danielle was so attentive to details from the cleanliness of the house and supplying items to start off our stay to her responsiveness prior to check in and through the whole process. I highly recommend this charming home for your next Orlando or Disney getaway! We hope to visit again soon! ##### Meagan M. It is a clean and well cared for home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the garage game room added to the fun! In addition, this home is a short distance to all of the area theme parks. An added perk: you can see Disney fireworks if you stand on the sidewalk one house away! We loved staying in this home and would love to come back again. The homeowners were very thoughtful and wonderful communicators. We so appreciate them sharing their home with us as renters! Very clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. Beautiful property. Our family (7 adults & 2 children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The boys (6yrs & 4yrs) loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom & bathroom. Very close to Disney. On our rest days our family enjoyed the playgrounds, mini golf, walking trails, the pool & hot tub, pool table & air hockey. The adults loved the hot tub after long days at Disney. A few adults enjoyed the tiki bar at the resort community area. Shopping & restaurants were close by.
