This cheerful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is perfect for a family vacation or friend’s getaway, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and experience the tropical vacation of their dreams. At Margaritaville, your proximity to the area’s hottest attractions is a tremendous perk. You’ll be just half a mile from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this family-friendly destination offering an abundance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the Island H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Just for the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.  
  
Upon arrival, you’ll first notice how the home’s bright blue exterior perfectly blends with the skies above it, immediately placing you in a happy mood. Gather around the table for formal dining with seating for 8 or step out on to the patio where an outdoor table hosts al fresco dining for 4.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom and a sleeper sofa.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.  
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”  
  
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from  
Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping,  
and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark,  
over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music,  
farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for  
everyone!
