Enjoy incredible amenities like a private pool, and convenience to Disney World (18 minutes). Pool Heat(extra cost) For your convenience, we have the following items available for rent (please ask us for prices): BBQ Grill / XL BBQ (4 Burners) / Pac N Play Crib / Full-Size Crib / High Chair / Rollaway Bed / Single Stroller / Double Stroller / Single Jogger Stroller / Child Gate / Car seat / Baby Bed Rail / Tub of Toys / Transport wheelchairs (They have a safety belt, a 19" wide seat, and can transport up to 300 pounds). Pool Heat (We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April). NOTE: If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures. First Floor: The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and gourmet cookware for homemade meals your group will love. The living space is open concept and connects the kitchen with the living room and dining room for unobstructed social living. An 8-seat dining table and 5-seat breakfast bar also contribute to the communal atmosphere, and give you the option for both formal and casual dining. In the bonus room with 2 bunk beds (2 full bed), you'll find an air-conditioned game room, TV and several games for hours of free friendly competition. External Area: In the back of the home you'll find a large screened-in pool. A covered lanai with patio furniture facilitates. Optional pool heating also lets you enjoy swimming during Florida's mild fall and winter months. A barbeque grill (also optional) even lets you enjoy the weather while you cook! The grill and pool heating can both be ordered at time of booking. Pool heating is recommended for the months of November through April in Orlando, and requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. This was a terrific alternative to expensive conference hotels. When we checked in, one of the TVs didn't work, but they had it fixed the next morning. Note that for 10 bedrooms it only has 1 Master Bath and 9 bedrooms have to share. Probably fine for most families. Overall I would highly recommend as this host management company is very responsive. Our travel time to the Orange County Convention Center was about 30 minutes. This house provided plenty of room for us to share our learning experiences, some friendly competition on the pool table and air hockey table and then retreat to our own private rooms (a few shared a room) to reflect, wind down and get some rest. The house was clean, the linens fresh. The only inconvenience we encountered was the garbage container out front was not large enough to contain all the pizza boxes. We were happy we brought extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher cubes and garbage bags so we did not have to run out and buy any. House is roomy and comfortable. 10 grandkids ages 5-20 enjoyed pool in lanai and also made use of resort’s pool, restaurant and lazy river area. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
