• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL  
1-Cost: $35 per day.

3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.  
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.  
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.  
  
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.   
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.

Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.   
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The listing for this property showed the location as inside the highway "loop" around the Disney Properties. It was not. Rather, it was about 30 minutes away from Disney Properties. When I brought this to the owner's attention, they blamed VRBO for the inaccuracy (even though the listing also said 15 minutes away from Disney). We selected the property and paid a higher rate than other properties we considered based on the advertised location. Their attempt to make it right to offer to cancel the remainder of the reservation (we received the address and check-in the day before we arrived, and already had park tickets for the next two days). The property itself was fine. Needed some updating and TLC, but we were there for a quick Disney trip--not hanging out at the house.

#### Last min change by Master vacations

This review is not for this specific home as this is the house I had booked but 24 hours before my arrival Master vacations messaged me to say the house was having repairs done and that they needed to cancel my reservation. I was at work and in a panic as I did not have time to look for another house. The did offer another property with a smaller pool but "it is a nicer resort". The resort we ended up at (Storey Lake) was nice but there was no information in the house or emailed to me indicating what the resort offered.I spent hours trying to figure out what pool we could use etc. The resort ultimately had 3 pools although there was not enough seating and only a limited amount of tubes for the lazy river. Our house said it slept 10 but they only offered 2 pool towels and 2 bath towels 1 hand towel per bedroom. The kitchen had no hand towel or hot mits for cooking. Our second night the smoke detector started beeping (low battery sound) at 7 pm. I called the emergency number right away, after 4 hours and 3 phone calls no one had arrived.It was 11pm and we were exhausted so with the help of ear plugs and music we were able to sleep.It stopped beeping somewhere around 3 am. The following morning i message maintenance that they could come while we were gone to fix it, I assume they did because it didnt beep anymore. Overall the house we had was clean, beds were comfortable but the resort was just ok. This rental company manages alot of homes and overall could do better.

The photos are very misleading, the townhouse is much smaller than represented. The rooms are nowhere near as large as they look in the photos, the rooms are tiny and the furniture is tiny – especially the sofas, are very small and not comfortable. The towels were very few and very thin and cheap. The pillows were very flat and the beds very uncomfortable. There were no washcloths (!!!) and no pool towels. The pool heater never worked, that was a big disappointment. There are NO lights at the patio so it is unusable after dark. There are no lights outside the front door until you are right up at the door. It was treacherous - actually dangerous - trying to get into the place after dark we had to use our phone lights to see. A total disappointment overall.

#### Great Stay

The unit is like a large condo/townhouse. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Only one bedroom has its own bathroom. It fully furnished with a good supply of cooking and eating utensils. The pool is small with an OK seating area. You have to pay $100 to heat the pool and the grill had a lock on it. There were 4 of us and we were comfortable. Overall it’s a good value option vs a hotel.

The place was perfect! Just how the pictures were. Unfortunately couldn’t use the pool because it was cold. Would definitely recommend and I would book again.!

#### I'm glad we stayed here but...

Taking others feelings and concerns into consideration, my SO was uneased due to there being a prominent blood stain on one of the pillow cases in our room. I think although I was a little dismissive of it hers were more appropriate. Although everything else was great about the property this bio issue probably shouldn't have been missed. I let the company know and they said they would forward it to the property manager. Brought it up after our stay.

The property was nice and well Kept A little tighter specially than what the photos depicted Charging me $75 to use BBQ seemed rather High-Priced Pool was a God-Send to keep the kids entertained and Cool!!

#### Cute house !

We loved staying here ! The pool was delightful, the house was everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. I was disappointed that the online listing said it was less than 3 miles to ESPN which is where we were going. It was actually closer to 8 which made a difference in the commuting every day. There were a couple of small details that our host immediately corrected. I wish there was a speaker by the pool but other that that it was great !!

#### Last Minute Trip

Booked Terra Verde Resort as a last minute spring break trip for 2 adults & 2 kids. Getting to resort is easy, check in was a breeze. House was spacious for the 4 of us. Furniture seemed newer/nice. Kitchen was fully equipped (minus hot pads) and had a starter kit for garbage bags/dish washer pods. I'd say the place definitely needs a good deep cleaning and a solid maintenance update (caulk on top of caulk, burned out light bulbs, paint,). Resort itself was ok. Location was good, traffic never really an issue. Resort pool was nice, tiki hut was stocked with beverages and food. Game room was a disappointment, as most of the games either didn't work or weren't working properly.
