If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) The pros were communication was quick but when we arrived there were a lot of things broken like the kitchen faucet handle and closet doors and one of the sliding doors to the outside. It was clean, just not well maintained or checked in between renters. They came the next day to fix things, but some things couldn’t be fixed like the outdoor table’s rusted feet and the worn out couch. Again, just needed some updates and caretaking and it would have been a 5\. At the end there was a disagreement about the pool heating fee (the pool was heated longer than we asked and became unusable for half of the week) but they did agree to discount us that fee. Again, not horrible, not great but that’s kind of what we’ve come to expect in Storey Lake unfortunately. ##### Natalie M. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is only 14 minutes to Disney and there is a Publix across the street. Having an on-site washer and dryer was awesome.
