Gorgeous view from the pool deck. Luxurious four bedroom villa on the prestigious Highgate Park development at Legacy Park, sleeps 8 - 10\. South facing pool and spa (not overlooked). Our villa is very spacious at 2100 sq ft and comes fully equipped with modern appliances. Being set well back from US Hwy 27 on the prestigious Highgate Park development it is peaceful and quiet with no noise from passing traffic. The villa is also on a gated community offering further security and peace of mind. All the major attractions are within a 15 to 30 minute drive and both the Atlantic Coast and Gulf Coast beaches can be reached within an hour and a half. There are two master bedrooms, one having a King size bed and opening onto the pool area. The second has a Queen size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and access to the family bathroom. The villa comfortably sleeps eight plus up to two babies in cots. All bed linen and towels are provided and all bedrooms have wardrobes and their own tv’s with dvd players in both twin rooms. Our villa is fully air conditioned and has been newly painted inside and out . In 2015 we added new sofas, bedding, kitchen appliances, kitchen table and chairs, pool furniture and five new flat screen HD televisions, the largest being 50” in one of the two main living areas which is connected to a Blu-ray/dvd player. We also have live Premiership football available free. We had a games room newly installed for 2015 which consists of a pool table, table football and air hockey along with table tennis and an electronic dart board. All the accompanying balls, cues and bats etc are at the villa and free for guests to use. There is also seating and a further television along with an Xbox 360 with a few games located in the games room. The extended pool deck is the highlight of the villa. The pool itself measures 26 ft by 12 ft. Being south facing the secluded pool and spa get sunshine all year round and look out over a conservation area. There is a poolside shower for your convenience and new high quality pool furniture, some with extra thick padded covers for your comfort. There are a total of six sun loungers at the villa, so enough for all guests. Beds very comfortable and lots of spare linen. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to make your own meals. Large pool area with seating and lots of pool towels. Loved the separate family room and lounge. Quiet neighbourhood perfect for walking. Large pool, checked every week and was extremely clean. Owner very quick to respond to any questions and made contact on occasion to check that everything was ok. The proximity to disney was very convenient. In addition, we appreciated the close location to grocery stores. There is nothing we would change about this property. The kids really appreciated the pool toys. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun and time to relax. We had young children and the pool safety features were excellent (secure door locking and pool safety fence). We also enjoyed extra activities available in the garage. There was plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 5 children. Tom was very responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and well furnished. We appreciated the cooler that was in the house for our different day trips to the beach, etc. We would definitely stay again. ##### ceanne s. The pool has a fence around it which made us feel so much better about the safety of our child. The doors also have difficult locks at the top! The beds were comfortable! The bathrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen has all utensils, cookware, and dinnerware you need. If you rent here, you need to bring lots of stuff!!! I didn’t bring toilet paper because they said we’d only need trash bags but we definitely needed toilet paper too. You need trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The only complaint I have is that we paid for the pool to be heated and it was still too cold to swim. The house is close to shops and restaurants which was convenient. Relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long day walking the parks was the perfect way to rest your feet.
