Be among the first to stay in this contemporary vacation rental with pristine finishes & amenities. No need to wait in line to shower here; each of the 4 bedrooms has its own attached bath. After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. There's a Super Walmart just two blocks away, and a Super Target within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve, and a second dining table inside that's open to the kitchen. Guest Interaction Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning. Guest Access You have sole access to your entire two-story villa. At Summerville Resort, you will also have year-round access to a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub. Small soaps and cleaning supplies were provided. Kitchen had many cooking implements and place settings. Laundry machine was convenient and worked well. The only problem we had was at checkin. We were told we could check in a little early to drop off luggage, but the code did not work and multiple phone callss went unanswered. Eventually tried again later at our event and they gave us a new code. It just made for a very late night to get back at 1am and have to unload set everything up. Location was good for Disney. Beds & rooms were comfy, however the living room carpet is a trip hazard. The kitchen has no measuring spoons, cups or anything for that fact. There is not enough kitchen cooking utensils, we had to constantly wash what we cooked with so we could serve. There was ONE sheet pan, no electric skillet, no crock pot and the pots and pans were subpar. Very cheap pots/pans that didn't cook evenly because the metal was thin and they were warped. The kitchen soap provided didn't really suds or bubble and just barely got the job done. I read the instructions on what was provided and saw the washcloths were not included. That wasn't a big deal overall except that I specifically emailed to make sure that there would be one in the kitchen or a sponge and was told we would have what we needed. Upon arrival there was no wash cloath AND no sponge so be prepared to have them yourself. I did advise them of this via text and didn't get a response so just bought my own at the walmart. We followed the trash instructions however the people next to us did not and there was constantly food & trash bits dragged onto our side of the entrance. The day before we vacated the house we had already left for our disney day but came back to the house because we forgot something. There was a worker photographing the chicken bones and trash and on his phone. The sad part is the food mess was there that night when we got back from Disney AND it was still there the next morning. We didn't use any of the other amenities on the property so can't speak to those. Other than that the house was as advertised. ##### Sandy P.
