So for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we decided to stay at Bahama bay resort. My parents are in assisted-living and are 95 and 91 years old. I booked the grand Bahama so that we have a nice big place to stay for Christmas eve and Christmas day. In my initial message I told the person making the plans that my parents When 95 and 91 and we’re both in wheelchairs and we needed a handicap room. When we got there they had booked the room on the third floor and there are no elevators. It’s took almost an hour for them to finally get a room on the first floor even though there were a great many empty villas. with 95 to 91 and we’re both in wheelchairs and we need a handicap room. When we got to the Villa it was practically half the size of the rental that I booked. The area where we were going to have Christmas dinner was like a tight hallway. To make matters worse the refrigerator was not working properly and when we took the food out for Christmas day dinner it was all spoiled. The room smelled like urine.we were so in satisfied we left a day early.
