We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.  
  
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.  
  
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL  
1-Cost: $35 per day.  
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.  
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.  
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.  
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.  
  
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.  
This is optional and may not be available at times.

• TRASH DISPOSAL  
Please use 13 gallons or larger plastic bags to dispose the trash. Small bags are not picked up by the waste management company.

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.  
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

#### Trash, pool and bugs

Trash The trash been there for long period of times before we had arrive and the flys and bugs was so bad at the front door we couldn’t get into the doors and the flys and bugs came n the house we had to found them to kill them Three days later the trash gotten picked up but we had to look and ask questions who and when the trash supposed to be pick up from the front door. That was bad experience The pool wasn’t clean so we had to clean the pool so many time before we get into it and I noticed that it’s a spa pool but didn’t do what a spa suppose to do like bubbles up to be warm and there wasn’t no chlorine in the water I wanted to get n late night or any day but the water was to cold And last the hold time we was there flys flying around the house Everything else it’s beautiful place

#### Windsor palm springs

The property was nice but when we got to our rental the pool looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. There were playing cards in the pool and the pool skimmer was broken so we really couldn’t even clean it. The kitchen floor was sticky with no way of cleaning it. Overall it was a nice resort I just think the property could have been cleaned a little better.

#### Great location and spacious

The location was great, not too far from the Disney parks. The security was really great we felt safe arriving in the evenings to the house. As far as cleanliness the showers could of been cleaner and my son got some bites sleeping on the twin bed. Mattresses have had their days.
