4) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - Animal Service with document PET FEE WAIVED otherwhise, the pet fee still applies. Community Pet Policy: 01(ONE) pet per house & weight limit is 25lbs per pet, excluding service animals. An emotional support animal is not a service animal, a service animal has a specific task to do and therefore is well behaved and will stay with their owner at all times. An emotional support animal does not have any training. Florida law states that the Association can ask for further evidence of needing an emotional support animal, generally this is a letter from a qualified doctor stating the animal is needed for medical reasons.

5) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.

8) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

9) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

10) Long-term (monthly stays): The community association requires a background check for every adult staying at the property ($100.00/per adult).

11) The resort's clubhouse amenities are accessible to you for no additional charge during your stay!
Please be aware that the clubhouse administration may charge - optional - additional costs for some activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, the renting of sporting goods, or other activities.
Community fee $20 per reservation.
The property distance to the main clubhouse is: around 4 minutes walking.

12) Starting June 1st.2024, the community only accepts stays 6 nights minimum.

13) The Villas at Seven Dwarfs is a Tow Away Zone and is restricted to private automobiles and passenger-type vans, jeeps and trucks not exceeding three-quarter ton, motorcycles and motor scooters. The following vehicles are not permitted inside this community: Motor Homes, Recreational Vehicles, Buses, Boats, Trailers and Commercial Vehicles.

Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.

Great property. Poor management.
We loved the location and property- especially the swimming pool. We struggled communicating with the property manager before we even left. I asked about laundry detergent and beach gear because I wanted to know what to pack. Their answer was delayed and so vague that I had to ask again. They did not have either. Also, the property says it accommodates 8, but there were only 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay. When we checked in at midnight, they had emailed us the wrong code. That was pretty frustrating after a long day of traveling with kids. We have worked for property management companies and even owned our own vacation rentals. We have never seen or stayed at a place that didnā€™t provide the basic needs such as enough toilet paper rolls.

We enjoyed th location but felt the price was high for the quality of the unit.
While we enjoyed our stay due to the location to Disney and golf. For the price our unit was a disappointment. Broken coffee table, knob missing from stove, TP holder broken, couch cushion stained (or just dirty), blankets still damp and musty due to being tied in plastic bags (had to all be washed prior to use). We were there for a month before moving to another location. Location employees were extremely nice, management company replaced the table. For the price, we will not choose this location again.

Excellent location. Property is comfortable however priced higher than many others rentals in Seven Dwarfs. Tile in lower level is about the only update in this unit. King bed is original, white furniture is worn and not practical. Dishwasher is extremely loud.
