"Upon entering your hotel we were greeted by Amir at the front desk and he welcomed us both by calling out our first names, both of us. This is a key to good customer service and it did not stop there he ensured we had details for early access to the parks. We have made this our number one hotel for all of our Orlando activities and look forward to our next visit early June. You need more employees like Amir. "

"I loved staying here! We came with the whole family and the resort made us feel right at home. The lady operating the front desk (Rhode Island Im sorry I forgot youre name) was the first sign our vacation wasn’t a total loss after a terrible journey. Would have loved to stay even longer! 5/5.
